How do I enter my hours?

Once you enter your WebTime™ dashboard, you will find that every box represents 1 week.

It is important that you enter the hours you have worked and submit these for approval at the end of every week; on Monday of the following week at the latest.

To do so, simply click on the week that you would like to modify.

Example of a dashboard:
WebTime Dashboard_EN

Once you opened the week you want to modify, simply enter the number hours you have worked every day in the editable cells.
In most cases this will be “Normal Hours”.

Please note that your lunch break must not be included in your working hours.

Entering hours in WebTime

When your week is completed with all worked hours and eventual supplements, please click on the “Send” button to transfer your timesheet to your supervisor for approval.

Please note, once you send your timesheet you will not be able to edit it anymore.
Only your supervisor or Manpower can do corrections on the timesheet.

Please don’t hesitate to contact your Manpower team if you notice any discrepancies after having sent your timesheet for approval.

What are the deadlines for submitting and approving worked hours?

It is crucial to have your timesheets approved each week AND to respect the dates in red which are the last deadline.

Please note that if you do not respect the deadline in red, it won’t be possible to pay your salary before the following week.

Who checks if my Timesheets have been validated?

It’s the employees responsibility to check that their working hours have been correctly entered into Manpower WebTime™ and validated in time by their supervisor. In order to do so, you can check on your dashboard if your hours are being “processed by the customer” (pending approval) or if they have been “submitted” to Manpower Back Office for salary treatment.

Hours are “Being processed by the employee“: you still need to record your hours for that week and submit it for approval

Hours are “Being processed by the customer“: hours have been submitted to your supervisor, supervisor needs to approve them

Hours Submitted“: hours have been completely approved and have  been submitted to Manpower Back Office for salary treatment

On the top of each individual time sheet you will be able who interacted with your timesheet with a timestamp.

Bank Holidays

In order to prevent any confusion please make sure to complete the timesheets correctly. Note two scenarios and what accordingly has to be filled.
