After your first 3 months of assignment, it will be important that both you and your supervisor are convinced that you fit the role and that the position also matches your expectations.

In order to do so:

• Your manager will receive an electronic survey to fill out
• You will be invited for a meeting/call with your Manpower team

After 12 months of continued assignment:

• You and your manager will both receive the invitation to fill together an electronic form of yearly assessment
• You will be invited for a meeting with your Manpower team, in order to catch up and discuss about your ongoing position
