In case of sickness absence

  • In case of sickness, the temporary worker needs to inform immediately his supervisor and Manpower.
    • In case of short sick leaves, no further actions are required from the Hiring Manager.
    • In case of longer sick leaves, requiring a replacement of the temporary worker, please inform Manpower Recruiter and raise a Flowingly request.

 

 

Accident

In case of accident

  • In case of accident, the temporary worker needs to inform as soon as possible his supervisor and Manpower.
    • If the recovery period is short, no further actions are required from the Hiring Manager.
    • If the recovery period is long, requiring a replacement of the temporary worker, please inform Manpower Recruiter and raise a Flowingly request.

 

  • Days of sickness/accident are recorded in WebTime under “Reasons for absence = Sickness, Accident, Maternity”.
