How do you determine the salary
Start the recruitment process
All temporary Third Party Workers (TPW) service engagement requests, including extensions, must be initiated by the line manager through Fieldglass using the create section -> Job Posting for worker.
Step 1: Raise a Fieldglass request (please have a look to the Quick reference guide)
Once the Fieldglass is approved by Cost Center Owner, Manpower will set up an Intake call with the Engagement Manager to start the recruitment process
- If you do not have the access yet, please request them via email.
Step 2: During the Intake call with the Engagement Manager, Manpower would perform the job evaluation,
advise the correct Salary and Comparation Ratio and rate per hour. This is critical to ensure you pay the right salary for the role, as well as to ensure we are aligned with the PMI’s equal salary policy.
Step 3: If the offer (Salary or Rate) requested by the Engagement Manager is higher than Rate card, the Fieldglass process will trigger the approval from manager’s supervisor and P&C head.
