Sickness
In case of sickness absence
- In case of sickness, the Agency Temp needs to inform immediately his Engagement Manager and Manpower.
- In case of short sick leaves, no further actions are required from the Engagement Manager.
- In case of longer sick leaves, requiring a replacement of the Agency Temp, please inform Manpower Recruiter and raise a Fieldglass request.
Accident
In case of accident
- In case of accident, the Agency Temp needs to inform as soon as possible his Engagement Manager and Manpower.
- If the recovery period is short, no further actions are required from the Engagement Manager.
- If the recovery period is long, requiring a replacement of the Agency Temp, please inform Manpower Recruiter and raise a Fieldglass request.
- Days of sickness/accident are recorded in Fieldglass under “Comment = Sickness, Accident, Maternity”.
