Onboarding at PMI

Who does what for the Onboarding of new employees?

Manpower will:

  • create your IMDL account
  • sign you up for the first Welcome Day available
  • advice your Engagement Manager (if required) to order the required IT equipment from the InteracT organization, so it’s ready on day 1
  • ensure all related paperwork for contract signature
  • keep you informed where and when you can pick up your IT equipment and where to conduct your enrollment (SmartCard)

 

Your Engagement Manager will:

  • approve your IMDL account and request software accesses and special rights
  • contact the Welcome Experience team for preparation of the physical workspace (if needed)
  • for Production roles: organize visits to laundry and pick up your safety equipment

 

PMI Onboarding

Once the administrative onboarding process with Manpower finished, you must complete the onboarding at PMI:

You have access to a number of services and benefits provided by the PMI Welcome Experience organization.

  • please log in with your PMI account,
  • then under the Dashboard click

 

 

  • and there you can find all benefits agency Temps are entitled to.
